IIRC, the stat was that fleetwide, up to 40% of women got pregnant and had to be assigned shore duty. The men still at sea then have to pick up their slack.

Just as likely he is in trouble because he offended them by expecting them to do their jobs. They are nothing but trouble on a ship and have no place.
They either cause morale problems by flaunting and flirting and pairing off with someone. They are hyper aggressive bull dykes. OR.. they retaliate when they get mad at a leader. When they want to go home they get themselves bred.
The number of true professionals that comport themselves properly is so small it isn’t worth it to have them there.
