They give me a keyword I’m supposed to remember in about 5 or 6 minutes later they asked me what that key word is and I can never remember that keyword because it’s so insignificant that it doesn’t even register that it’s a test word.

They need to tell me this is a key word you’re supposed to remember and then give me the word and then I would remember it. But they’re yammering on about all kinds of crap and then they spring that special word on you.
