Need a hearing to determine any financial gain
That’s not to say the disqualification means the case but here as overseeing it.
At best they will replace her and move forward with this complete travesty of a case.
That is true but a mistrial is very likely if she is removed. They would have to start over.

The travesty, and it is, is a separate issue. Undoubtedly, Miss Black Girl Power could just taste her path to Congress, the Senate, or the Governorship. She can kiss that goodbye—- the rats have tons of nominally unsullied hacks that will cheerfully take her place ion the ladder to power
NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW, and there is more than enough evidence in the public domain to find both of them Guilty beyond any doubt for Honest Services Fraud at the very least.

There hasn’t been a trial yet for there to be a mistrial.
Dismissal.
Dirty Fani and her gigolo should both be disbarred and sent to prison.
You’ll never get a jury in Atlanta to convict a black woman of anything.
If Federal funds were used to finance this prosecution, including the hiring of Fani’s boyfriend and a de facto kickback to Fani, then the nature of all communications between Fani and Biden’s DOJ should be discoverable and reviewed. Suspect that those requests will laboriously wind themselves through state and Federal courts. Trial will be postponed indefinitely and will probably never go forth.

The trial is underway right now, complete with motion and charges pile. And the charges are the result of a corrupt official. Fruit of the poisonous tree.
But ANYONE can see there was no INTENTION of abuse of power so... among friends, we can just let it slide....:/

Judge okays hearing to examine relationship of Trump prosecutors
“Fulton Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee on Monday cleared the way for an evidentiary hearing later in the week that will probe whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis improperly benefitted from her relationship with the top prosecutors in her election interference case.
McAfee turned back a request from the Fulton DA’s office to cancel the hearing and to kill subpoenas seeking testimony from Willis and eight others in her office, including special prosecutor Nathan Wade.”
