He says lots of dumb stuff. But not as much dumb stuff as Biden. No one can control Trump. And no one can control Biden. In Biden’s case they’ve tried to solve the problem by cutting him out of the chain of command. Sort of like when Feinstein was told by her staff that she was not running for reelection.
