Come on Jill, it is time to put that dead horse out to pasture and let him die in peace. The fake leader of the once free world has dodged competency tests for his entire regime and now the Herr report took the mask off the façade and what is left is not a pretty picture and on many levels downright terrifying.
Never mind the numerous opportunities ever country who wants to exploit America has an ala-carte of bribes, starting with China and ending with Ukraine. There never has been as corrupt a grease machine as the White House has now and this is no longer the biggest issue by a longshot.
President Magoo no longer has control of his very limited brain; he is in the later stages of senility which there is no question. He has always had the nickname of Slow Joe but now even Slow Jow was lightyears ahead of this walking gaff machine. If this were your grandfather you would have checked him into the Old Folks Home years ago.
The larger issue is the two systems of justice America has today. Two systems is actually no system or a tyrannical Kangaroo system. For two exact same issues of storing classified information, Trump has his house invaded and multiple years of jailtime threatened against him and Biden gets a pass because he is an adorable old coot who like Hilary does not deserve being charged. Who decides that?
When you have one Party being shielded by the court system while his opponent is shielded you are not a free and fair country guided by laws but a tyrannical despot in the model of Stalinist Russia. This is the most corrupt gummit on the planet if for no other judicial system which comes close outside of the banana counties of South America. This is not America but some tinpot dictatorship being run by heartless Communists who crave control and power.
It is obvious now this regime will break every law and abuse any power they possess to punish anyone who they consider a threat to their power. This includes the voters for Trump no matter how inconsequential or innocent. They have no morality and are only controlled by hatred and revenge and the destruction of America which they view as a flawed society.
There are no more conspiracy theories after the Herr report since it is obvious those who said he was senile were right and his defenders were lying. The only question now is what they are capable of maintaining their dictatorship. Are they bringing all these illegals across the border to vote or to be untouchable vote stuffers to flood the ballot boxes with fake votes by noncitizens who cannot be charged? If they can support two separate court systems what else are they capable of?
Come on Jill, this is not a good look.

My criminal law prof used to enter the classroom, walk up to chalkboard and write “mens rea.” He would lecture, ask questions, etc and never once refer to the words on the chalkboard. At the end of class, he’d erase the “mens rea.”
I guess his point was a guilty mind, the criminal intent, at the time of the act was critical. Whether Biden is incompetent now is irrelevant. That is a defense decision for trial via motions etc. Even now, Biden is resisting that assessment.
Why would a prosecutor be asserting it on behalf of the defense? Would a prosecutor not charge a defendant because the defendant said he didn’t do it?
But Hur, like Comey with Hillary, was in a tough spot. They know those defendants clearly violated the law, but they had to come up with some official sounding legal bullshit for not prosecuting them.
If the fact that a DC jury would never convict a Democrat is a reason not to charge, no Democrat will ever be charged. Conversely, if a DC jury will convict any Republican for a recently concocted non-crime, then prosecutions of Republicans is limited only be the imagination of the politically corrupt DOJ.
This is not the moral corruption of the jury system but of the moral corruption of DC courts. These political persecutions should never reach the jury. Without doubt, defense lawyers present a flurry of non-frivolous pre-trial motions and these DC district and appellate judges reject them all.
MTP seems like they’ll go after Trump for his NRA comment, encouraging Putin to attack all NATO countries.

So why is Judas Ben Hur not making any appearances on the Sunday shows? It seems he would be a natural fit for those lineups. Maybe he is headed for a seat in the Taylor Swift luxury box at the Commercial Bowl.
