A friend of mine (who happens to be a solid white, highly intelligent/highly functioning executive) just got fired by her new boss, an obnoxious, ‘proud’, and ‘independent’ black woman who was hired because a.) she’s black, and b.) she’s a she. My friend voice her concern of the pervasively ‘woke’ an ‘anti-racist’ polices/edicts being issued. Gone. Snapped up immediately, of course, and doing fine, but that’s what happens these days. (Notably, maybe, my friend is on the left side of the political spectrum, but can think— and has been slowly coming around. This stunt, I think, got her full attention.)
At some point, Leftist whites need to realize that the other factions of the left want THEIR piece of the pie.

“Beating up” on public employees doesn’t do a thing toward solving the problem. They don’t make the decisions; they implement the policy good or bad imposed on them by the politicians! Do something about the politicians that pass such laws!
Your friend was able to get a new job because she was female. A male wouldn’t have been so lucky. I hope she recognizes that (and you as well).

if they are required to live under their very own rules that have been handed down for the serfs to abide by, all the BS will end overnight. That is NOT beating up on them, it is holding them to their very own words and actions.

Yep. One of the main reasons I left that part of the state fifteen years ago. I saw I was going to be shut out. Moved someplace normal, and things worked out just fine. Not a fan of the chickification of society.
Politicians pass the laws, bureaucrats implement them.
