I think appeals courts or SCOTUS will eventually overturn any verdict against Trump in D.C. The bias is too obvious, especially when the Courts practically say Trump is not allowed to mount a defense. Although judges may not like Trump, they may see the danger of precedent being set that can be used against others at a later date. It may take a while, but eventually the pendulum swings the other way and that is a big risk to take.

Exposing them to possible perjury charges. You know the SOBs lied their butts off... and if they are named they are going to be found not to have been where they claimed to be, etc., like the star snake oil salesmen of Pelosi’s medicine show.

So now who is using "delaying tactics" and refusing to obey a Judge's Order? I thought "No one is above the law". Also, why is Smith so insistent these names not be known. The risk of threats is an obvious smoke-screen. I still think the documents case is the next one to fall apart and it was the one upon which the left placed most of their hopes of seeing Trump in prison. Probably because the "witnesses" are all anti-Trump partisan hacks.
