Trump charged with willfully retaining 21 documents with "TOP SECRET" markings.
Biden, according to a chart at the end of Hur's report, retained 18 files with "TOP SECRET" markings.

Well, there is no longer a functioning Judiciary, Congress, or Executive branch.
Time for what, then?
Yeah, right. Time for Bread and Games. Nothing will change.
Hmmmm! PDJT had the authority to declassify, VP branDUHn did not have that authority. Seems like something is askew here. /S
Yes. It’s like three or four pages in.
A facility occupied by a hard drug addict who could give others access to the area as well.
Trump has had his under lock and key.
Biden was the one that left them in a number of places that
were very suspect. One was reportedly a stockroom or some
such in a Chinatown. Let that sink in.
Democrat president investigated by a federal govt agency that loyal to the democrat party. Not shocking.
Baraq redirected the federal agencies loyalties and we are now seeing the effects.
The entire classified document system is for the benefit of the President.
Further, some of Biden’s and a fair amount of Trump’s ‘Classified documents’ were personal notes.
While Biden’s possession of classified documents as Senator is analogous to what you describe, Trump’s case is quite different.
Maybe it was blue or purple.
Maybe he forgot. Yeah, that’s it. He forgot. 🤔
Yeah, but Trump was argumentative and of sound mind and body while Biden was cooperative and is a potato. C’mon man...
Wonder what the condition of Biden’s mind was back in the day when he willfully and knowingly removed all those papers???
Here is a part that applies to some of the notes from each Biden and Trump, but does not in any way apply to the documents that Biden had. It also is an example of how Barr was quite full of it:
The clearest example is President Reagan, who left the White House in 1989 with eight years’ worth of handwritten diaries, which he appears to have kept at his California home even though they contained Top Secret information. During criminal litigation involving a former Reagan administration official in 1989 and 1990, the Department of Justice stated in public court filings that the “currently classified” diaries were Mr. Reagan’s “personal records.” Yet we know of no steps the Department or other agencies took to investigate Mr. Reagan for mishandling classified information or to retrieve or secure his diaries.
Its time to act like them. Protest outside Jack Smith’s home. Harass his family.
Garland too.
He isn’t required to show evidence!
Under his Presidential powers, just taking the papers home is enough to suggest declassification!
Why don’t people Read the laws anymore?
Stop listening to the “news” including the faux news channel!
A President doesn’t have to do anything to “declassify” .
He’s allowed to possess classified documents which mostly include his papers.
Thanks!
To me the executive summary reads like a press release for his reelection.
I think it reads like a couple of young lawyers describing an old ego driven fool.
You aren’t putting the right tone to it.
This whole thing is a hit piece, it’s got the country talking about his issues. This will be the start of his demise.
I hope you’re right. Thanks again.
