Also, even in his declined mental state, he has not changed from what he always was—an arrogant, mean-spirited and angry narcissist, showing no empathy for others, and never taking responsibility for his own actions. If what someone said here is right and he is in the last stages of dementia, then he needs to repent before God while there is time.
Biden has anger that he thinks is a sign of strength.
That is a very good point b/c his entire political career has been an act.
He embellishes political situations w/ acting techniques.
He gets to look good and get votes.

I’m no fan of Jill, but watching my parents go thru one of them having dementia, it was denial until the very later stages, that there was anything significantly wrong. Little memory lapses or other issues were viewed as “normal” for older people.
I have to say that his grandchildren & other relatives & friends should be (and maybe have been) expressing their concerns.
I suspect this appearance was at Biden’s own insistence. He is so determined to hide his decline, and thinks indignant shouting will impress his detractors. Throw in some irrelevant drivel, and you got yourself a president.
