He highlighted the differences between the investigations into him and former President Trump, then took questions. He addressed the report’s labeling of him as a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” saying, “I am well-meaning, and I’m an elderly man, and I know what the hell I’m doing.”
To make myself perfectly clear: Biden is not well meaning, despite his age he remembers well enough to lie, other than that he does not know what he is doing, and holding a surprise briefing to offset Tucker Carlson's interview with Vladimir Putin puts Biden's weaknesses on public display.
