Mike Davis just said that it could be an 8-1 SC ruling.
Sotomayor being the only dissenting.
He did a great job talking about the possible implications and Kavanaugh followed up with precedent. Alito then got in on the beat-down.
However, Jason Murry is proving to be fighter despite having the weaker case. I predict the leftists will someday nominate him to federal court, and eventually the Supreme Court.
