The line here has always been “shut up and sing”. Or, in his case, “shut up and rap”.
He’s also a coward. Saying who you support when asked is a “I don’t do politics” or “so and so” question.
Fault of the interviewer for asking, as well, since it has zero to do with his singing or award shows. Unfortunately a large % of his ‘a belt can’t hold up ma pants’ fanbase likely would follow his recommendations regardless of his cowardice or ignorance since they themselves are too brainwashed and ignorant to know better.
