It seems to me that the provision is unconstitutional on its face.
Denying a state and it’s citizens due process is blatantly unconstitutional..............
Agreed! IF we are goign to allow people to rule over us, then they need to uphold their oath to serve WE the people- not their own self interests- allowing criminals to pour in and threaten citizens is a violation of their oath
