According to WIKI, she has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree attained after completing a GED. She is a high school drop out.

How does someone get hired as a “professor” with just an undergrad degree? I thought colleges required at least a Masters, if not a PHD? American schools really are scrapping the bottom of the barrel.

According to WIKI she also has a Masters in Fine Arts (see below) but that usually isn’t enough to get a Professorship. Could be that standards aren’t what they used to be.

Education: Rodriguez earned a BFA in Visual & Critical Studies from the School of Visual Arts in 2011 and a MFA in Fine Art from Hunter College in 2014.[2]
