How does someone get hired as a “professor” with just an undergrad degree? I thought colleges required at least a Masters, if not a PHD? American schools really are scrapping the bottom of the barrel.

According to WIKI she also has a Masters in Fine Arts (see below) but that usually isn’t enough to get a Professorship. Could be that standards aren’t what they used to be.
