The DC case against Donald Trump has been removed from the court roster. It was set for March. No reason was given. However, there are motions pending appeal.
Merrick Garland won’t release the names of prosecutors who are working for Jack Smith in the case against Donald Trump. And this is the most transparent administration ever. At least that’s what Joe Biden says.

Within hours of my office sending a letter asking Jack Smith to produce information regarding his investigation, his case against Trump is removed from the docket. Jack Smith owes the American people and Congress answers.

Anna Paulina Luna believes Smith was appointed unconstitutionally.
Ah, just skip the court case, find him guilty, remove secret service, throw him in jail, and let him “Epstein” himself. You won’t find one leftist who disagrees with that.
The case has been put on hold pending a Presidential Immunity ruling, and has been on hold since Trump's filing.
Probably going to have to wait for Big Fani and Letitia Butt, one of da Butt Sistahs to be released from jail before the Amerikan far-left “Justus” System can restart their lynch mob against Trump again.
Personally I think it’s just coincidence in timing.
I think it came off the docket because of the appeals and they are trying to find a new date. I could be completely wrong though.
I think you are correct.............
The March 4th date was definitely made moot with the Trump immunity appeal. But the case still remained on the docket. Smith was unsurprisingly slow to take it off the docket. For publicity reasons he likely wanted to delay removing the case.
The Luna request likely caused Smith to remove the case from the docket.
