Hmmmmm....Wasn't his appointment "illegal"...for want of a better term. That would mean that everything he did would go in the circular file.....because it would be like Mickey Mouse making the case against Trump.

Pssst! That is another appeal that Team Trump will be making AFTER the immunity appeal (if necessary). Immunity appeal might be enough to delay PAST the election.
