Amid the wait for an appeals court ruling on Trump's claim of "Presidential immunity" and other potential delays.... the Washington D.C. federal court no longer lists USA v. Donald Trump criminal trial on its calendar for March 4, 2024 pic.twitter.com/u9VTotS2f1— Scott MacFarlane (@MacFarlaneNews) January 31, 2024
I’m sure that it will re-appear tomorrow, with no mention of its deletion being a “clerical error.”
Space on a trial calendar is precious. That creates pressure to move doubtful cases off a trial calendar so that other cases can get to trial.
Shingles is worse than COVID if you don't get treatment quickly. A friend can't wear a shirt with sleeves because of the pain.
I want to see the trial.
Cameras in the courtroom please, so all Americans can witness the corrupt inquisition against the 45th President.
Wow, most of us knew that 2 years ago.
Perhaps JACK SMITH IS THINKING THAT ...does NOT have a STRONG CASE, BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT I’M THINKING.
My oldest daughter had a dress and coat like that.
I agree...just dragging it out and costing him money and using lawfare to intimidate people who might consider joining his team.
Mephistopo
All of these sham lawfare cases fall apart on appeal. Trump’s team managed to get this one to appeal early on. Good for them.

There has to be justice brought, else the malfeasance will not end. Every election cycle it gets greater and greater, as no one is actually held to account in a meaningful way. We’ve seen this continuously since 2012, with more and more audacious behavior.
