The Montana legislature passed a law banning gender transition surgery that was signed by the current governor. Granted that the social services bureaucracy and the judiciary are leftist, why did Montana's governor and lieutenant governor endorse the kidnapping and mutilation of this child? Supposedly, Governor Gianforte is a believing Christian.
