NEW YORK -- Within days, Donald Trump could potentially have his sprawling real estate business empire ordered “dissolved” for repeated misrepresentations on financial statements to lenders, adding him to a short list of scam marketers, con artists and others who have been hit with the ultimate punishment for violating New York’s powerful anti-fraud law.
An Associated Press analysis of nearly 70 years of civil cases under the law showed that such a penalty has only been imposed a dozen previous times, and Trump’s case stands apart in a significant way: It’s the only big business found that was threatened with a shutdown without a showing of obvious victims and major losses.

A “Republican” board member, Catherine McCrory (a lawyer), before voting, had to opine that SHE believed Trump engaged in an insurrection.
So if Trump is victorious does that mean they were a masquerading?
Why do so many “constitutional scholars” have trouble with this.
Engoron has already ruled Trump committed fraud and I don't think he will change his mind, so yes. If he reduced the damages to $1 that would be better but I don't expect that. If an appeal court rules for Trump that does not change what Engoron and James did.
The amount needs to be enough to get Trump’s attention. A dollar might suffice for me. Not him. He hit nail with 83 mil in part because of his court conduct.
