I started to watch but my sleep last night was fitful so the video’s monotone cadence had a hypnotic effect on me and I bailed before nodding off.
It wasn’t the content per se, just my biorhythms were uncooperative.
I’m sitting in my truck at this moment with my driver’s window rolled up, making it quiet and warm, while the passenger window is down, allowing for the white noise of vehicle tires continually detaching from the nearby pavement to reach my sound receptors, which is having an effect that IS close to putting me to sleep.
