“John Roberts has made his decision, now let him enforce it.”

People who make this statement don't have a clear understanding of the situation then and now. When Andrew Jackson made his statement, he was President. Only he could order the military or any branch of the Federal government to actually implement the decision of SCOTUS. Since the case in question was one that was decided AGAINST Jackson, there was no way he would enforce that decision and no way for SCOTUS to force him to do so.

In this case, do you really think Biden would hesitate to use the FBI, Homeland Security, the military and any other forces at his command to enforce the decision of SCOTUS, since they ruled in his favor?

Yes; he and his advisors are calculating the political cost of whatever path they consider; the national elections are crucial.

If they want to access the park go ahead. But Texas can legally put the wire back up.
