I agree with you 100%. To be avoided are the charges, court dates, juries, judges....unwarranted claims and rewards. Keeping quiet and keep ‘em guessing isn’t a bad defense to ridiculous charges coming out of the woodwork. Smile and walk away - live to fight another day! Bill O’Reilly’s words have taken up residence in my mind....Trump won’t/can’t change and he says that respecting and admiring the man. Trump is Trump and why we all love him OR at least most of us!!!
He’s also going to have to post a bond in cash or other assets equal to the verdict amount in order to appeal. He’s already done that in the original case. If his appeals fail, the money is there for the taking.

I know the judge did not allow some of her wacky emails, but they weren't sexy emails TO President Trump. The case is bad, very bad, on its true face, so there is no need to juice it up.
This makes me wonder whether the lawyers are working on a settlement. The $$ penalty is a shock to me, but an eventual total vindication doesn't seem likely, either.
He's won several court issues recently, so your hyperbolic reply is void, but I get the sentiment.
