The judge is a hack so who knows what will happen . What should happen is that the DAs office and the special prosecutor are disqualified and the Attorney General comes in. Since he’s a Republican I think he declines to carry the case, or dismiss it, himself, and gets a new special prosecutor appointed. Of course in a just world a prosecutor interested in doing their duty that justice be done, not just that convictions be obtained, would dismiss these unconstitutional charges.
There’s way too much politics behind this case for the proper route to actually be employed, but any part of what I’ve outlined would lead to serious delays
Why hasn't this Governor spoken out about this blatant violation of ethical conduct on the part of Fani Willis? Particularly to quite possibly have committed a crime for the sole purpose of instigating lawfare against President Trump?
What is it, Governor Krampus? Is nothing so wrong so long as it serves your retribution against President Trump?
This Governor just last year signed into law the Prosecuting Attorneys Statewide Qualifications Commission which was specifically created to STOP prosecutions that are "Politically motivated"!
So why hasn't Governor Kemp specifically directed Attorney General Chris Carr to open his own investigation into Fani Willis?
because he is probably on tape... compromising his integrity and violating his oath of office... who knows, underage hookers, drug use, ms13 payoffs, threatened family members, bribery, foreign nation collaboration and treason... ???

It seems that all of our establishment politicians are severely compromised. both parties. BOTH...

That is the right approach. If they push the “morality” theme too hard, we saw what could happen in the Bill Clinton impeachment. The voters know what is going on, and some will dislike Willis already.
