From what I understand the FED can remove razor wire.

If I was Abbott I’d tear down the razor wire and up up concertina wire ;-) Maybe string some electric fence, dig trenches and fill them with scorpions, bring in all the old tires I could find and light them on fire...lots of things to do that would keep Crooked Joe flailing away.
