Biden and the Border Patrol have a legal right under US and Texas law to cut down razor wire at the border. 10 miles away? No rights at all. None.

The Texas governor would veto any attempt to take the Texas natl guard away from Texas when they need them.
Any such move would confirm the admin is working against America
I'm pretty sure that the Biden admin is being extorted by China, and China is calling all these shots.
Could Abbott request Sheriffs to deputize thousands of armed civilians?
Then dare Biden to direct his goons into that buzz saw.

I agree. But first, Joe will probably send one of his handlers to the Governor's Mansion to meet Abbott. If Abbot does not submit to the federal authority, then Joe will have Abbot arrested.
As some have already pointed out...either way it brings attention to the border crisis. Not a good look for China Joe.
As I understand it, the SC ruling says Border Agents can cut the razor wire. But it doesn’t say Texas has to remove it or stop using it, correct?
What if Texas started using something else like Punji sticks besides razor wire? Would the SC ruling not apply to the Punji sticks?
Biden would send the Texas NG to Iraq, Syria, and Gaza leaving zero Guard in Texas.
