I have often wondered if Graham had to make some deals in order to survive the purge of GOP impeachers from 1998. Perhaps all this D.C. sex and corruption sewage seeping out of late supplies a logical answer. Certainly I do not see the courageous 'stand alone for the right' pioneer from the 1998 impeachment.
