Is he?
I thought the court said fedgov could damage it.
Did they say Texas could not put it there?

The Supreme court said Biden could cut holes in it. They didn’t say Texas couldn’t put it up, or patch the holes..

"The possibility of real conflict comes if Texas tries to stop CBP from removing the wire or arrests CPB agents, which Abbott appears to be avoiding."The truth is the CBP agents have an understanding behind the scenes with the deployed Texas DPS troopers and National Guard soldiers to secure the border regardless of the treasonous communist junta that is the Biden administration. All are Texas patriots who stand firmly for the safety and security of Texas residents. They know the community supports them solidly in their efforts to "Hold the Line!"

I thought the reaction from the right regarding Barrett was overwrought: she merely opined that the law was not clear enough to show that Texas would win and, therefore, the injunction did not meet one of the two legal tests it required.
The bigger problem with Barrett (Roberts is an administrative state traitor, which we already knew) is that it shows how conservative scruples in following the law allow the left and it's factotum, the Biden regime, to win.
If you're fighting a war and want to win, you first have to recognize that. Pretending the Constitution still functions won't make it so.

"Veronica Escobar" Any relation to Pablo?
Could she want the border open to help move the family product?

“she merely opined that the law was not clear enough to show that Texas would win”
That seems like a weird criteria to judge by. So the judge has to first opine if it’s a clear law. That seems like judging the case before you judge the case.

He is not defying the court, they just said the CBP can cut the wire, it did not say that Texas could place it and did not order them to remove it. So it could be Texas puts up one day, CBP removes the next day and so on and so forth.

Yup. I side with Texas. Especially when Biden and the Democrats always ignore the law when it suits them.

The requirements for an injunction are: a) irreparable harm; and b) the plaintiff is clearly likely to prevail.
If the law is unclear, (b) is unclear.
