I thought the reaction from the right regarding Barrett was overwrought: she merely opined that the law was not clear enough to show that Texas would win and, therefore, the injunction did not meet one of the two legal tests it required.

The bigger problem with Barrett (Roberts is an administrative state traitor, which we already knew) is that it shows how conservative scruples in following the law allow the left and it's factotum, the Biden regime, to win.

If you're fighting a war and want to win, you first have to recognize that. Pretending the Constitution still functions won't make it so.

That seems like a weird criteria to judge by. So the judge has to first opine if it’s a clear law. That seems like judging the case before you judge the case.
