Almost two years after a shooter murdered 21 people at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, the Department of Justice released a 575-page report on Thursday. The document confirmed what we already knew from Texas’ report last July. The police made serious mistakes and shouldn’t have waited outside the classroom. There is one big difference between the two reports. The Justice Department report starts its executive summary by emphasizing that the attack used “an AR-15 style assault rifle.”

The people in DC need to exercise self-control.
Just as bad as this is the bill before the Washington state legislature sponsored by the female democrat (of course) former mayor of kirkland that will essentially bankrupt all of the gun stores in the state. Pot shops are OK though. C’mon Cascadia fault - do your thing!

Strange how the recent school shooting in Perry, Iowa where five students and three staff members were shot leaving two dead has disappeared from the media and political radar. Of course the 17 year old shooter identified as part of a transsexual group and who used a shotgun and small caliber handgun to commit the massacre doesn’t fit the assault weapon narrative nor do his trans sexual leanings which seem to be at the root cause of his rampage are ever mentioned. Ditto for the Nashville school shooting where the shooter’s transsexual rage documented in her journals have never been released to the public.
The Unvalde massacre was stopped by a dad who got his barber’s shotgun, went in, and killed the bad guy, bypassing the useless cops.
Biden’s plan is to only allow the useless cops and the killers (who will ignore the law) to have weapons.
In short, the opposite of reality.
I would like to propose a mandatory lie detector test for every single candidate for public office. The voters could choose the questions in whatever political venue their districts offer.
Exactly! Why not just ban the mentally ill from access to guns? And anybody who can’t figure out which sex they are is mentally ill.
And weekly drug tests.
Take the guns away from the Uvalde cops.....they won’t use them on criminals anyways....just your family dog.
They really, really, really want the guns taken away from law abiding citizens.
Semi-auto rifles have been around since 1903. Yes, 1903, with extended magazines at that! yet the mass murders did not take off until the mental hospitals were closed in the 1970s, dumping the crazies on the streets.
Almost every mass murderer would have been in a mental asylum if the standards of the 1950s were still in force. But then so would many in the Biden administration.
Giving Jay Inslee and Tina Kotek vast emergency powers is not likely to improve matters.
If criminals and home invaders have bazookas why shouldn’t you have one too?
How many of the coward cops of uvalde have suffered with their conscience enough to do the right thing? Not enough.
Have any of them offered one excuse for their cowardice?
