Russian anti-war journalist Yekaterina Duntsova, who was barred from running in the country's upcoming presidential election in March, was briefly detained in Tver, north of Moscow, on January 14. Duntsova said she was stopped by police after she left a meeting during which she announced she was founding a new party called Dawn. She said police stopped her car and took her to a police station where she was tested for drugs. Duntsova said she was released after the test result came out as negative....

Heading should be: “Anti-War Candidate Barred From Running Against Biden Briefly Detained By Communist US Justice Department”

Russia “briefly detained” and even had an honest drug free result of a Putin critic allowed to be revealed in the media.

The US would never do that with Trump or his supporters.
Giuliani, General Flynn, Paul Manafort (47 month prison term).

As of WaPo on August 3, 2023 for former President Donald Trump:
91 charges. “They include 44 federal charges and 47 state charges, all of them felonies. Trump has denied wrongdoing in each case.”

In Ecuador, they killed a candidate. Taiwan, however, was able to hold an election without China interfering.

The day after they released her, they posted pictures of her all over her home town with a QR beneath it linked to a drug trafficking web site.

Horrors!

Meanwhile, in Ukraine, which we have spent $150 billion on, Zelensky has imprisoned opposition leaders, banned all opposition parties and cancelled elections.

Oh, in this country, our incumbent President has weaponized the FBI and DOJ and is trying to imprison his political rival.

So, perhaps, you and your fellow Zeeper freaks should be more concerned with all that.

Putin is right -- compared to us under Biden, the Russians are white, fluffy angels.

“Zeeper freaks”

That is an actionable personal attack, Putinista (notice the lack of pejorative “freak”; Putinista says it all).

“Meanwhile, in Ukraine, which we have spent $150 billion on, Zelensky has imprisoned opposition leaders, banned all opposition parties and cancelled elections.”

All just because his country had eight years of civil war and then got invaded. What did Lincoln do to habeas corpus during the Wawa ‘twixt the states? Ukrainian constitution allows for such measures, specifically with Russia and Putin in mind, a much more devious and formidable threat than Jeff Davis and Robert E. Lee ever were.

“So, perhaps, you and your fellow Zeeper freaks should be more concerned with all that.”

Perhaps you should be concerned about what your hero Putin is doing just a little bit, and stop dictating to others what their priorities should be, Putinista.

All just because his country had eight years of civil war

And, what setoff that civil war? Oh, WE DID, when we fomented an illegal coup and enabled Ukrainian nationalists and neo-Nazis to persecute and murder ethnic Russians in eastern Ukraine that voted for the President driven out of office.

That was all done so our elite could sweep into Ukraine and work with Ukrainian oligarchs to rape the people of Ukraine and make $$$.

“And, what setoff that civil war? Oh, WE DID, when we fomented an illegal coup and enabled Ukrainian nationalists and neo-Nazis to persecute and murder ethnic Russians in eastern Ukraine that voted for the President driven out of office.”

No “we” didn’t. Nice talking points. All BS.

“That was all done so our elite could sweep into Ukraine and work with Ukrainian oligarchs to rape the people of Ukraine and make $$$.”

The previous President of Ukraine, Poroshenko, WAS an oligarch (maker of Roshen Chocolates, popular among Russian speakers in Haifa as well as throughout Russia and Ukraine). He got voted out by Zelensky, a Russian-speaking comedian from central Ukraine who toured Russia extensively with his troupe, and was greatly popular there. He inherited the civil war, instigated by Putin after he saw how successful his previous civil war in Crimea was, with a well-equipped fake secessionist militia. So he decided to do the same in Eastern Ukraine. Zelensky got elected with support from Eastern Ukraine, because he stated his intent to make peace. Wars are only fun on TV, not when you’re in the middle of one. One does not invade a country whose new president is trying to make peace, unless you do not want peace.

He also fought corruption to Trump’s satisfaction, so Trump gave him Javelin anti-tank missiles, the first lethal aid that Ukraine ever got from America.

Go pedal your Putinista talking points elsewhere. We are talking about Russian internal politics, which are every bit as rotten as American politics, as you correctly point out, though more traditional over there. Stop trying to change the subject. Putinista.

No, you're not only spewing BS, it's BS coming from the Biden regime and Deep State, which lie about everything. But, you suck up and regurgitate their propaganda.

The previous President of Ukraine, Poroshenko, WAS an oligarch

He was installed BY US after the illegal coup that resulted in Yanukovych, who was democratically elected and supported by the vast majority in Donetsk and Lugansk, was driven out of office. Poroshenko was George Soros' buddy and Soros helped get him into power.

You don't have a clue to what the hell you're talking about.

The people in the regions that voted for Yanukovych had EVERY right to seek independence and join the Russian Federation. They were under moral obligation to be part of an illegal-formed government that was persecuting and killing them.

You're literally too ignorant to even have an intelligent conversation with.

You mean, Yekaterina Duntsova was NOT arrested after forming the Dawn Party under which to run for President against Putin. She was just pretending? And Radio FREE is now an organ of Biden?

“He was installed BY US” and then given bubkes to defend Ukraine’s sovereignty in Crimea. Pillows and blankets. Sure. Keep telling yourself that. At this point what difference does it make. He was replaced in a landslide vote by Zelensky, whom Putin is now trying to replace by a coup.

You don’t have a clue to what the hell you’re talking about.

You’re literally too ignorant to even have an intelligent conversation with.

So GFYS. Putinista.

I’m rubber. You’re glue. Everything you say bounces off of me and sticks to you. No changees. No nothing.

Now back to our discussion of Duntsova.

“The people in the regions that voted for Yanukovych had EVERY right to seek independence and join the Russian Federation. They were under moral obligation to be part of an illegal-formed government that was persecuting and killing them.”

The Azov Battalion was the private army of the Oligarch who owned the steel mill, not any government. And independence under the Ukrainian Constitution can be done peaceably through a national referendum. And whatever the Donbas people’s rights might or might not have been, this was the action of a Putin-supplied and funded militia, which some of the people of Donbas supported, and some of whom did not. Nobody elected them savior of Donbas. But 69% of the voters in Mariupol did elect Boychenko, an Ukrainian, mayor. He’s now in exile in Odessa. So much for the vox populi.

Your ignorance is both astounding and irrelevant.

It’s so CUTE when people from Israel descend to the level of defending the Nazi-infested government of Ukraine. Adorable!
