Yes. The sudden problems seem to be everywhere — Boeing, airlines, FAA, ATC, you name it. There seems to be one common denominator — the USA no longer being a meritocracy but hiring based on the color of your skin. That may be an unfair and crass generalization, but it’s hard to ignore the connection between Dot A and Dot B.

DEI in action. It's going to get worse. Look at what United is doing: they've put out notice to mental defects and people of color to come and hire in as pilots. Up to 80% of United are DEI hires and the best part is this: the CEO is a drag queen. He was whining on some interview about all the 'white' men (majority) that were their pilots but he is 'correcting' that horrible situation.

The other airlines are following suit. It's just a matter of time before we see a major crash. Couldn't pay me to fly in this day and age.
