Fine, the US can issue a warrant but it has to be based on charges brought against the defendant and the charges have to be the result of an investigation that found evidence of a crime. A President doesn’t just “demand a warrant be issued” out of the blue.
Of course, but there is enough evidence to get that warrant through due process.

I do, too. There have been all kinds of gaslighting that Trump must be killed since the election may go to him as he is polling well beyond their ability to cheat. Well, we assume what their ability to cheat is, but so far they are very scared he makes it back in.

People could trade in silver, coins etc and be issued Silver Certificates.
