This would cause an awful lot of unemployment in Africa and other tropical regions. It seems biased and discriminatory on the part of the WEF.
Looking it up I found that the percentage of water vapor in the atmosphere ranges from 0.2% to 4%. So 1.5% is a nice median.
CO2 is currently 0.04% of the atmosphere. 1.5 divided by 0.04 = 37.5
By those figures water vapor is 37.5 times more prevalent than CO2.
I take them seriously, I just had to be sure this wasn’t a joke. Wingnuts.
I went ot YouTube and before the video i got an ad from a Canadian Bank with some minority complaining about big companies and climate change.
