I see students bragging GPAs of 4.1 or 4.2, that should not be possible.
Rewarding the lazy who don’t want to put in the work it takes to be a successful student, yet all these youth believe in socialism. The lazy and unproductive have always needed someone to blame for their ineptness and now they have finally gotten everyone on their side. It’s truly pathetic.
It possible because "advanced placement" courses weight grades: A:5, B:4, C:3, D:2. Ordinary classes are weighted: A:4, B:3, C:2, D:1. My son finished with a 4.33 due to AP classes. His girlfriend, the class valedictorian, had a 4.86 GPA.
SOME TEACHERS WILL HAND THAT OUT IF THE STUDENT DOES EXTRA PROJECTS and does so in a superior manner.
