Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R) on Sunday suggested she is not interested in being vetted as former President Trump’s vice-presidential pick.
In an interview on CBS News’s “Face the Nation,” Sanders said she preferred to stay in her current role.
“Look I absolutely love the job I have. I think it’s one of the best jobs I could ever ask for, and I am honored to serve as governor, and I hope I get to do it for the next seven years,” Sanders said, suggesting she would not want to leave the job early to run with Trump.

I think she's better off of as governor.

That’s the right message - it’s what DeSantis should have said.

Sarah strikes me as ambitious. Why would she want to be VP with practically no duties?

I live in Arkansas and so far she is a disaster, one mess after another and no clue as to what to so. I say for Trump to take her so wee can get rid of her.

She and Arkansas are both better off for her to continue as governor for the next 7 years. She seems to be doing just OK as I look across the state line. It is early yet so give her some time.
She is having a rough go of it right now with the good 'ol boys on the prisons board. It seems a lot like a deep state confrontation. The state needs more prisons and she wants them but they don't. County jails are filling the gap now but very poorly.
More experience will help her ability and confidence.

Why would she want to appear on “Face the Nation”?
To throw her hat into the ring with a not-interested?

Doing what DeSantis should have done: honoring his pledge to serve as governor. 2028 could have been a bonanza for him.
