Top Republican pollster Frank Luntz and Ron DeSantis warned that the low GOP turnout in the Iowa caucuses is a red flag for the party and that if Donald Trump doesn't get 'new voters' then he will lose in the November election.
'Trump is going to have to show that he can get people who didn't vote for him in 2020, he's got to get new voters or he loses,' Luntz told DailyMail.com
'It's a warning sign for the party in November because the turnout was so abysmally low,' the Florida governor said on Friday. 'There's terrible enthusiasm right now.'
Trump's rallies and events are consistently standing room only.

I’m sure Trump is appreciative of the advice of such a high powered, highly successful team as those two Uniparty clowns.
Turnout was down by 10’s of thousands. How much was weather and how much was enthusiasm is unknown.
Tuesday’s turnout may be a better barometer.
Wouldn’t this mean that DeSantis and Haley also had record low turnout, and not just Trump? Seems like BS to me.

If the weather wasn’t as bad, more people would have turned out, and Trump would have hit 55%, haley second, and desantis would have been 3rd.
Let’s not forget that DeSantis and his stooges claim that many people left the caucuses without voting because of the early networks’ call of the winner. So which is it? Weather? Indifference? Ignorant DeSantis supporters leaving without voting?
Reminder: Trump got 10,000 more caucus votes in ‘24 than in ‘16, on lower turnout. That seems like new voters to me.

Luntz must think DeSantis still has some money in the bank.
Trump needs to pick up some of the Genz/Suburban woman vote that is rabid abortion. Will more people care about the border and economy? I think the American electorate doesn’t deserve this incredible country that is taken for granted.

If Biden got these type of numbers but low turnout (due to weather)...they’d say this is a strong sign that democrats know they want biden so they didn’t even show up.
