Actually. Trump increased spending to strengthen our defenses from Russia by the many billions of both conventional and nuclear forces.
Trump brought back V Corps and moved its European Headquarters to Poland, closer to the front.
Obama and the Democrats refused weapons to Ukraine, Trump ended that and started sending weapons along with ending INF, and of course, we did have troops training in Ukraine under Trump.
The Republicans may have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in Ukraine.
