Donald Trump threw his hands in the air and said he’d “love it” if the judge at his New York defamation trial threw him out of court for loudly ripping sex abuse accuser E. Jean Carroll as she testified Wednesday.
The “Ask E. Jean” advice columnist’s lawyers twice complained that the former president was providing running commentary to his team within earshot of the jurors — including calling Carroll’s testimony “false” and grousing that “she now seems to have finally gotten her memory back.”
“Mr. Trump has a right to be present here but that right can be forfeited if he is disruptive … or disregards our orders,” Manhattan federal Judge Lewis Kaplan warned after first cautioning Trump, 77, to “keep his voice down” when talking to his attorneys.

imagine how frustrated Trump must be!??!
Some butt ugly hag completely makes up a story about him having raped her 20 or so years ago. And she got away with it because Trump had the audacity to run as a Republican! And now the same hag is suing her for proclaiming his innocence!
What a messed up world this is!
We conservatives need to start suing everyone who wrongs us! we can no longer let the law be enough, we need to sue for emotional distress and when they pled innocent to the crime we need to hit them with defamation for saying we were lying when they proclaimed their innocence!
At no point in the centuries old history of western law would the facts of this case be anything but utterly ludicrous. Literally. Except for now.
If the store was almost empty, a saleswoman would have headed straight for Trump & Carroll and even if told to go away would have watched them for an opening.
If the store had substantial traffic, Trump and Carroll would have been overheard.
SURE WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS WORKED OUT ON THE STEVE WILKOS SHOW WITH LIE DETECTORS.
Dressing rooms doors are monitored by camera and the video recorded.
If three garments go in, three garments had better visually come out.
What Trump should do is to enter into evidence images of the store’s security systems. The jurors might enjoy and learn from a tour.
That must be a glamour shot from 30 years ago as she now looks like the creature from the Black lagoon.
I just don’t like the way that so many mainstream and liberal news outlets are making a big deal of the red spots in their first paragraphs, but then go on bringing up stuff that just looks bad for Trump - never continuing with ANY info on what the red spots really ARE or might be.
It’s like they’re trying to insinuate something, just to command interest for their scurrilous OTHER statements.
You know it slowly occurred to me, Trump and Animal House kinda go together. Same kind of spirit.
