US voters react to Trump's commanding win in Iowa
BBC ^ | Jan 17 | BBC

As expected, former President Donald Trump was the clear winner of the Iowa Caucuses with a landslide victory on Monday night. The result is the first step towards setting up a rematch with President Joe Biden in November.

The former president dominated in the state where the Republican electorate is deeply conservative, taking over 50% of the vote and tightening his hold over a party increasingly in thrall to him. In the hours after his overwhelming victory, the BBC spoke to voters across the political spectrum and asked them what they made of Mr Trump's electoral return.

While some Republicans - seemingly the majority of the party based off the Iowa results - think Mr Trump is the only one who can "save this nation", others fear the divisive billionaire will lose once again to President Biden in the presidential election.

As for Democrats, some find it hard to imagine the majority of Americans would choose "to go back to chaos" and elect Mr Trump ....

The only chaos during Trump’s Presidency was caused by the Left.

Are Dems on drugs? How can anyone think that Trump was more chaotic than the current illegitimate clown show? Or do they just live in a coddled bubble where the MSM tells them to ignore inflation and crime and all the wars started since Dementia Joe took office?

See? If you support Trump, you are “in thrall” to him, you are a dupe, a slave, a mind-controlled groupie, according to the BBC (which I think stands for Bloviating Braindead Communists).

The BBC already destroyed their country.

They took an Empire where the sun never set and turned it into a socialist wasteland where the sun never sets on their leftist propaganda.

Amazing, isn’t it. I was just thinking about one of THE MOST ALARMING RISE AND FALL OF AN EMPIRE.

SAD.

Oh, but that’s the narrative. It was the narrative in 2020 - effectively promoted by the media and well orchestrated marketing campaign...unfortunately with very well little resistance to counter this message, while also portraying the heroic Biden was on his way to the rescue - hope was just around the corner...stand firm, we will make it through - and Biden will then heal the nation from the 4 years of total chaos - glowing, warm ads.

The one they see through the lens of the media and Biden’s campaign ads.

I like how they try to make hay off the last year under
Trump with the pandemic’s impact.

Hey, they were the ones pushing the most damaging policies
all the way along.

Our side does not counter punch. It doesn’t even punch.

Makes me very frustrated.

I was thinking more of our own populace, and while we do
know how stupid Leftists can be, I have never seen broad
Black support for one of our candidates, like I’m seeing
this year for Trump.

I think we’re going to see a between 10-20% (possibly
more) sea-tide change this November. It’s going to be a
very hard election for the Left without fraud.

I see something like a 1964 Nixon sweep of the South in
2024, but I haven’t seen that as the Old Confederacy rearing
it’s head.

It’s just that the democrats are so freaking bad, anyone
but a corpse would vote for someone else (with exceptions)
of course.

Domination.

Be sure to vote ✖️, and triple verify recheck, every box checked ✖️. And remind others to double down on vote confirmation. Prepare beforehand, long before.
