The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a superseding indictment with additional charges against two Minnesota brothers who said they acted to protect dying protester Rosanne Boyland from police at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
The Jan. 12 superseding indictment charges Aaron James, 37, of Lindstrom, Minnesota, with nine criminal counts, an increase of one charge from the initial indictment filed against him on Sept. 29, 2021. Prosecutors added one count of civil disorder, a felony that carries a maximum prison term of five years. The indictment alleges that Mr. James obstructed Capitol Police during a civil disorder between 2:42 and 2:44 p.m. on Jan. 6, 2021.
The original indictment charged Mr. James and his brother, Isaac Westbury, 21, also of Lindstrom, with civil disorder against Capitol Police and the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) between 4:17 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The superseding indictment also adds a dangerous-weapon enhancement to the charge against both men for allegedly engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds. The enhancement changes the maximum prison time for the charge from one year to 10.

These men are being charged for trying to protect Boyland from being killed by Capitol Police.

She was the second of the 4 people murdered by the Capitol KGB on January 6th.
Ashli Babbit was the most obvious victim - an unarmed woman shot in cold blood by a coward.
Rosanne Boyland was being beaten with a club by another cowardly Capitol KGB member while she laid dying in a tunnel entrance. I'm not sure if she was clubbed to death, or whether she was dying because she was being suffocated due to the Capitol goons having forced a crowd into a narrow tunnel, and bodies were laying on top of each other while they were being beaten.
Then there were two other elderly people who died of heart attacks. They might have been 'normal' attacks due to the excitement, but I believe at least one of them was 'brained' by a flash grenade (or tear gas grenade) that precipitated the heart attack. I'm not sure about the second individual. And sorry that I don't know their names. They were patriots for being there on January 6th to protest the stolen election.
Everyone know Ashli Babbitt was murdered that day.
Few people know Roseanne Boyland was killed by Captiol Police as well.
Of course the lying media has covered that up pretty well. All the while claiming Officer Sicknick was killed by the “insurgents”.
He was not. He died of a stroke the next day. Unrelated.
