Agreed. A business that is paying an entity $1M a week ought to be able to pay up a month quicker after the payment is due.
If it can’t, that precarious financial situation, rather than censorship, is probably what is operative here.

Cuttently paying $1million/. Now having to pay $3 million at once. ($1 million “routine” payment + $1 million to get “current” + $1 million due on new payment schedule)
That can be a significant wrinkle in a business’s cash flow.

My Pillow will be a business school study subject for years and years. My Pillow is an exercise in success gone to hell.
After achieving saturation for a legitimate and unique market, TV hawked pillow sales most certainly declined precipitously.
The company then entered what are ordinary retail markets for products it did not manufacture and exhorting prices having no justification. For the sheets, claim after claim that the pillows were American, the attempt was made to sell premium quality foreign cotton. There was a contradiction in corporate message. The My Pillow image was blemished.
Then realizing the sheets and towels weren’t selling, Lindell began what amounted to a fire sale. He began hawking sheets for what amounted to half price. In so doing, he revealed the outrageous mark-up of his original but failed effort. Former customers realizing they paid for hype were not going to buy anything else.
Then, realizing the untenable position, a new and improved pillow was brought to the already saturated market. Sales are likely non existent.
Now the lesson involves the fact that suppliers cut you off when you can’t pay your bills. And, when you saturate the market for the only product you have, the company will cease to exist.
No, the man is a poor businessman and destroyed himself.
Didn’t they split the sheets a couple years ago? I’m surprised he’s been advertising recently. Of course, I wouldn’t know ‘cause I never watch Fox.
