Our temps pretty much match at the moment but you’ll be a lot warmer than I will tomorrow. Only low 40s here, then the bottom drops out overnight.
Yesterday was soooooo nice. No clouds, no wind, and around 60 degrees. That’s going to make what lies ahead hurt even more.
The wind was pretty bad here overnight and this morning there wasn’t any wind damage here. It had the cats jumpy all night the way the gusts banged against the windows.
It’s still windy but nothing like it was, and it’ll stay windy the next few days. And cold for at least the next 10 days.
They’re still calling for snow and hope to have a better handle tomorrow on how much we can expect. At least it’ll be snow and not ice!

Oh, these cats were upset by the wind, too. I barely saw them for meals yesterday when it was howling. I don’t envy you the weather you’re about to experience. If we never had snow, I would not complain. LOL! I’m over it like I am extreme heat.
Funny thing: This morning when I fed them, Shadow dashed in when Peaches was going out. He wandered out to the garage, and since my car is in there, I couldn’t get him out. I went about my business thinking when he came back to the kitchen, I’d put him out. I forgot. I woke up from my nap, came to the kitchen and he was standing here looking a bit worried. So I opened the door and out he went. He’d been in the whole time. LOL! Lord knows if he used the litter box, the floor somewhere or just slept the afternoon away.

Yep and gonna get colder. I'm just now recovering from an extended ordeal with hives. Had another steroid shot this afternoon. Never thought i would have to deal with this sort of thing. I'm alive and for that I'm grateful.
