On the small side for a nuke test. Based on my experience in the field, readings of 5.0 or larger are indicative of large nukes (both fission and fusion), while significantly smaller readings are likely battlefield nukes, which shows that North Korea likely now has miniaturized their nukes.

So this could be nothing
