This is complete bullcrap. The Biden faction has it open deliberately. You cannot find a middle way and come to an agreement. That only works when you both share common end goals, such as the well-being of the country. All of the Democrats want open borders, and about 70% of Republicans do because their donors want that.

Executive authority? This implies that all of the laws passed by congress are meaningless if the "executive" does not want to enforcement them.
