Leaned? Biden beat Trump by 10.1% in Virginia! VA has a Republican governor, a Republican lieutenant governor, and a Republican attorney general. Democrats hold the legislature by a razor thin margin. Democrats have both US Senate seats and six of eleven congressional seats. To say it leans Democrat is not inaccurate.
