Notice how they always say, “bombshell” “damaging” “destroys their case” etc. etc. case against Trump. Pfft and here we are we celebrating a tad news against our enemies thinking this is it… then they pull the rug underneath us and continue with their scam trials. This in no way and no how is it gonna implode Trump relentless persecution scam case. They’ll just pass the buck to another corrupt POS …plain and simple. The rats never give in as easily as our stupid evil spineless reps . NEVER!

How many city, state, county and federal laws were broken?

Exactly my point.

Because she's the one in charge of prosecuting Trump, she has a free ticket to do anything she wants. Democrats know that if they remove her because of these violations, then the whole Trump prosecution falls apart. And she knows it, too, which is why she did what she did.

She's untouchable as long as Democrats think they can get Trump in Georgia.

Affirmative action hires have as much ethics as a hound dog. Sorry, not intending to denigrate hound dogs.

Of course! You think they want to kill their narrative after Yesterdays’s clown sham court hearing against Trump? They were absolutely ecstatic over the moon reporting that Trump will finally be denied immunity and will get his comeuppance! They’re evil to the core and from the pit of hell!

Big Fannie was issued a subpoena to testify in his divorce case.

Please, please, can I write the questions for her?

His earnings are going to be an issue, as well as his “business trip deductions with Big Fannie.

https://heavy.com/news/joycelyn-mayfield-wade-nathan-wade-wife/

Joycelyn Wade is the estranged wife of Nathan Wade, the attorney who was appointed by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis as the special prosecutor in the criminal cases against former President Donald Trump and his associates.

Ashleigh Merchant, the attorney for one of those associates, Michael Roman, is now accusing Willis and Wade of engaging in a romantic relationship while Wade was married. That filing can be read in full here.

DEFENDANT MICHAEL ROMAN’S MOTION TO DISMISS GRAND JURY INDICTMENT AS FATALLY DEFECTIVE AND MOTION TO DISQUALIFY THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY, HER OFFICE AND THE SPECIAL
PROSECUTOR FROM FURTHER PROSECUTING THIS MATTER

https://heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Roman-Dismissal-and-Disqualification-Motion-January-8-2024Final-wExs-File-Stamped.pdf?_gl=1*psgx2g*_ga*b3VTNmhwMWtrbk1YaHFGQXNXOUtPX3JHX2tfYUdNLXlvNVJJcDN4MGI0MGZoV29BNXp1c0hIVUJCT29obnZBZQ..*_ga_071E174BHX*MTcwNDkxMDAzOC4xLjEuMTcwNDkxMDAzOC4wLjAuMA..

The court filing accuses Willis of orchestrating the hiring of Wade as special prosecutor. The filing accuses Wade of taking Willis on trips using some of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he received from the county for the Trump prosecution. The claim is that this is unethical and possibly a crime.

According to the Washington Post, Willis “was issued a subpoena” on January 9 in the divorce case “to testify in the proceedings.”

The Post reported that the proceedings have “turned contentious.”

An article in the Marietta Daily Journal says that Wade’s estranged wife’s name is Joycelyn Wade, and they have two children together. They were together for 19 years.”

Can Trump pay his wife’s legal fees? It would be a good investment.

It certainly sounds like she is unethical. It’s not really a shock.

But until a judge or panel of judges passes their declaration of the same, it is just another talking point.

“ Exactly.
Who is going to stop her?”

That is exactly the point when people call out for prosecutions, or stopping corruption.

There is no one with the power to do it. Unless the people rise up and using ultimate force, violently remove the current government…all power is theirs. Even Senile Joe knows this and stated it into the microphones at the end of his Hitler Now Speech the other night: “I understand power.”

The Democrats are fascists, and fascists understand power. This is why Soros and Obama have followed the course they have. All power to prosecute is in the hands of those in office. If they are corrupt, evil people you have a corrupt evil government. And there nothing you or anyone can do about it until millions and millions rise up and end their time on this planet.

I got an attorney disbarred and via legal action drove them into bankruptcy.

Start with a complaint to the Georgia bar.

More complaints are better.

No, Trump doesn't want to go anywhere near that trial.

That's what a demonrat would do and get away with it.

The stories here are all burying the lead. The guy she hired (regardless of relationship) went to Washington and had a meeting with White House Counsel on the prosecution. In other words he coordinated it with the White House. How do we know this? Because a private sector lawyer is all about collecting on their expenses so he submitted an invoice for the meeting and said what it was for.

Well, if the prosecutor who brought the charges was not legally appointed, his charges are null and void.

If he was improperly appointed and therefore, with no authority, wouldn't any evidence he and his team collected be tainted and inadmissible, as well? Fruit of a poison tree argument?
