Well, if the prosecutor who brought the charges was not legally appointed, his charges are null and void. Someone else my refile, but the case and clock would start over. The public aroma about this case so putrid I doubt anyone else, the state’s Republican attorney general, for instance, would not want to touch it.
Much worse. Strzok didn't give Paige a million dollars in trips and salary out of the FBI's budget.
Since the Democrats are out to get Trump "by any means necessary," Willis decided that she could give her boyfriend a powerful position outside the normal means, and give him a million dollars of Georgia taxpayer money to spend on cruises and other lavish vacations for the two of them, because they can't fire her or else the whole Trump lawfare scheme collapses.

If this were a Republican doing the witch-hunt against dems, the Rs would already be in handcuffs with a noose around their necks, all properties seized, children put into foster care, all relatives jailed, every single home they had would have been tossed looking for anything that they could find and every single bit of private information they had - medical, financial, legal, just gossip - released against the Rs.
Seems he was purchasing things with that money and giving it to big fat Fani.
How many city, state, county and federal laws were broken?

The relationship between these two mutants probably means nothing for the case against Trump.
However, what appears to be truly damning is that the guy who was supposed to be prosecuting this state case in Georgia billed the state prosecutor’s office for a trip to Washington where he met with White House lawyers. This alone may bring the whole Georgia case crashing down. For one thing, the White House lawyers — and anyone else who this dope met with — are now material witnesses in the case and can be deposed by Trump’s legal team.
Even under the fastest circumstances I can see this case taking 3+ years to be brought to trial.
