The race for Texas district30, for the Texas Senate is heating up; however, one candidate, Brent Hagenbuch, is being sued by the three other candidates.
WHY?
Because he has listed his office as his HOME, which is illegal and the signed paper for him to run, is now considered to be perjurious.
Egads.
Reminds me of NY throwing a district to the dems rather than allow a conservative to have a chance at winning.
That was in the first six years I was on FR, forget which district offhand. (23 I think? Memory is hazy on that, wasn’t my district)
Been so many idiotic shenanigans here.
Now to see this in Texas, it’s like “guys, could we be serious here?”

I don't know IF I'm allowed to post about the candidate who SHOULD win this seat or not, on a thread, so IF anyone can tell me, I'd appreciate it greatly! There actually someone IS someone running, who is a FANTASTIC person, has ALL of the right views, is VERY CONSERVATIVE, wants to shut the border, is pro-parents rights, pro-Second Amendment,and very ANTI-government health mandates ( no mandate to make you get the CCCP FLU shots and boosters! ), and very intelligent to boot.

The three other primary candidates are suing Brent; I hope it does some good. This is a damned MESS!

All but one, aren't worth voting for at all and Brent Hagenbuch is a disgusting, worthless, RINO LIAR, who has committed a crime in is application to run to the State Senate seat against the damned Dem candidate!

I know nothing about this race, but why should it be illegal to list your office as your home? Can’t one work from a home office?
