So look who showed up in Chechnya and buddied up with Ramzan Kadyrov...kinda puts the lie to the pretense that Ritter is some sort of impartial military analyst on the Russia-Ukraine War.
This is surely one of the most surreal moments of the war yet (VIDEO)
Scott Ritter has turned up in Chechnya and spoken in broken Russian (some of which I couldn’t make out) to thousands of Kadyrov’s fighters about his efforts to strengthen the "friendship between Chechnya and America"
