Finally, some good news.
Unfortunately, the decline in viewers will convince the Composters that thye are too right wing.

Amen. I hope it crashes and burns. If Bezos really loves fake news, he can probably fund it for decades. But if he is smart enough to see it is garbage journalism, he’ll force change or sell it to someone who cares about objectivity and truth.

The WaPo provides this news: we hate Trump and everything he does and says. Every day.
After paying for that for years the Dem audience finally figured that out as they did with network tv news.

it must do quite a bit of harm to have such a far-leftist (and thus, often liar of a) paper in our nation’s capitol

There's a difference in quality. In the past, the Washington Post used to lean left but it was a reputable newspaper and they had high standards.
Now it's the American version of the Pravda.
So that's why their readership is in freefall compared to the WSJ and the NY Times.

Wondering how much is due to DEI ideology and hiring practices at the WaPo.

$100M isn’t much to a guy like Bezos.

I stop listening to anyone I catch in self-serving lies. Hyperbole is fine, but lies created out of whole cloth are nauseating.
